Saying yes to your crazy dream matters because it’s proof that possibility exists outside of the boundaries we set for ourselves. Most people live their lives negotiating with fear — waiting until they feel ready, secure, or guaranteed success. But the truth is, none of us ever feel ready. Saying yes shows that courage comes before clarity.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your artwork. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to start a return

Email carma@carmavisions.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before receiving instructions.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend a trackable, insured shipping method. We can't process a refund for items lost in return transit.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you.

Original paintings

Original works are one-of-a-kind. They follow the same 30-day return window. Because of their value, originals must be returned fully insured in their original packaging; we'll provide guidance on safe repacking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (per the steps above) and place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
