Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love the art you bring home. Here's how returns work for each type of piece.

Limited editions and open edition prints: 30-day Love It or Refund It

Hand-embellished limited editions and open edition prints come with our 30-day Love It or Refund It guarantee. Live with your piece for 30 days from delivery. If it isn't right, return it for a full refund of the item price, or exchange it for another piece.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition: undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Original paintings: final sale

Each original painting is one of a kind, so originals are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Before you buy, we're happy to help you decide with confidence:

  • Request a free See It On Your Wall preview and see the painting in your room, at true scale.
  • Ask for additional photos or a video of the painting.
  • Schedule a private viewing in Las Vegas.

How to start a return

Email carma@carmavisions.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before receiving instructions.

Return shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend a trackable, insured shipping method. We can't process a refund for items lost in return transit.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, including an original painting, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. For limited editions and prints, we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping. For original paintings, we'll work with you on professional restoration or a full refund, including shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.

Exchanges

To exchange a limited edition or print, return the original item (per the steps above) and place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
