Field Note · Arizona, a birthday surprise
I painted this for my husband Matt's 50th birthday. Years before, I surprised him with seats right up front when Jimmy came through Arizona, the only time we saw him live together. He passed that same year. Jimmy loved Belize's little beach bars, so on the island, he holds court over ours.
